Honestly, we didn’t know what to expect as this was our first home buying experience. Our wants far exceeded our reality and our team help us meet our home buying goals. They were very responsive to any email or text I would send and answered all of our questions. We had a ton of questions. The were very transparent with everything and we had no hidden costs or expectations and we were able to close in 4 weeks. My entire VU team was amazing!

This is our first time buying a house. We are from East Africa and understanding the process was a little challenging. John and Crystal were really patient and kind. When we would have slips up with credits and debts, but they work everything out to where we could still purchase the home. The kept us updated and made sure we were comfortable the whole time.
I want to thank Becky Shafer and William Spann for the great service and assistance they have given me throughout the process. Even though we had difficulty ordering the items to repair the house, they constantly worked with me until the process was completed. We finally closed on the house. Overall I would say that buying a house is stressful. But Zack and his team took most of the stress out of the process for us. We are very thankful for them.
