On behalf of my wife and I we would love to say that we were VERY satisfied with Veterans United and Amber’s loan team! Being first time home buyers we didn’t really know what to expect besides a big headache on top of nonstop stress however it was the exact opposite! Amber and her loan team kept us well informed on everything as we moved along in the process and they were very quick to answer any and all questions we had along the way no matter what time of the day it was. The only issues we had come up were those with our realtors but Amber was there every step of the way to answer the questions / concerns that they neglected to. This is obviously not Amber’s or Veterans United fault however, we were very pleased that Amber was able and willing to take initiative and step up to make things easier on us. We also want to say thank you and let you know how appreciative we are for the new home gifts that were sent to us. We definitely weren’t expecting that and it literally brought tears of joy and happiness to my wife as it’s the little things that mean the most. Considering our realtors didn’t get us any welcome gifts for purchasing a new home and didn’t even offer to take a picture of our family with the new house as a “welcome home” or “congratulations on your first home” which was a let down to us and it really didn’t make us feel much appreciated or make us feel that they were truly happy for us. Anyways we are forever grateful for helping us along the way to purchase our first home together and you guys made our home buying experience so easy and less stressful than we anticipated. In the future if we decide to purchase another home, land, etc. hands down, we will definitely be going through Amber and Veterans United.
