The whole team was amazing. I never felt like there was an instance of the "left hand not talking to the right hand." I loved how communication was with everyone at the same time, and whoever could answer, would. Everyone was helpful, patient, and so sweet.
Another plus I liked was the set up of the "to do list" on the portal. I loved the clear cut, 'here's what you do' and 'here's what documentation we need'. Instead of it being an open ended document dump and I was supposed to keep track of what needed uploaded/had been uploaded. The simple direct to do list was perfect for my frazzled, dumbified brain.
We started the home buying process and with no experience and the team helped us so much. They guided us each step of the way and made everything so much easier. When my wife's grandmother passed away they treated her with such sympathy they really showed that you become part of the veterans united family. When they say that they really mean it. Thank you all for everything.
