Brian and his team did a great job getting our loan processed quickly. Brian and his team were able to accommodate our needs throughout the process of purchasing a home remotely and having jobs without a lot of flexibility for time away. Highly recommend using their services as they offer a lot of additional services for a buyer that aren’t normally part of the experience

Wanted to much information on personal accounts. Was never called or updated on our loan officer leaving or moved up in the company. I felt very stressed during the whole process. Will never use my va loan again.

It was a challenge going thru the loan process with Veterans United. But, well worth the experience. The loan officers ( Kimberly and Amber) assigned to me made a complicated process seem like a walk in the park. LOL! There was tons of paperwork to docu-sign and a mountain of documents needed to prove who I was and inspections on my future home to assure the homes' safety and worth. In the end, I was approved for my dream home with an awesome 3.5% interest rate. Their assistance didn't end there. They made sure my dream home would not make me house-poor by keeping my debt-to-income ratio in line. I had to be debt-free (including credit cards) to make the numbers even out.
I thought the entire process was excellent and each team member was very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. I believe in bundling products and Veterans United hit a home run for my wife and I - Thank You
