The process to buying a home is definitely a wild roller coaster. It had its up and its downs but with such an amazing team that worked close at hand with my realtor, not only did they get my family into our new home, but they helped me look for the cheapest and easiest route! The Veterans united twam do an amaxing job and are very easy to work with. They take all aspect of home buying and moving into consideration. They even sent me a care package of treats and toys as a housewarming gift for my dogs and cats!! They love them! Will definatley utilize their services again the next time i buy a house and will recommend them to any one who is in the market and looking for a new home.

I can not speak for the entire Veteran’s United staff, but I will say My Veteran’s United team was amazing to work with, they were always a text or phone call away, and still are even after closing. We had one bump in the road, but they didn’t break a sweat, kept me informed and calm through the entire process and came through in the end. So YES I highly recommend using Veterans United to all my veteran friends and family!

Please do a better job communicating with the team, customer, and costumers agents. That was my only issue with the process. Some "to-do" list were redundant and I think that was because of lack communication. Other than that, I enjoyed VU and proud to be a part of it.

We had a challenging purchase, every step of the way the loan team was in communication up until the very end. Planned PTO and holidays were a real challenge for this team. Follow up could be a challenge and hand off to another team member were challenging at best. When we ran into issues just before closing, it seemed the entire loan team was out of the office and we had to go to a client advocate to get assistance. The client advocate was AMAZING but took time to get in touch with them as I had to dial into the (800) # and get testy.This was our 4th purchase with VU, we love them but we have had the same experience with every transaction. Need a better method of monitoring and communication in order to put the purchasers at ease.
Was by far the easiest thing to buy our home with Veterans United with my VA Loan. They are incredibly efficient and made the entire process so easy. They're great communicators and are the web portal was so easy to use and all of my loan packet was easily accessible. 5/5 stars. They really take care of us veterans!!
