Since moving in found Alot of problems. House was left filthy and junk left behind. The seller was supposed to have cashier's check at closing, didn't and still have received any money for the apartment. Don't know if this is part something the VA could deal with
The entire VU process was so wonderful we didn't need to look anywhere else. I really felt taken care of and supported throughout this very stressful, life-changing process. Brandon Sterr was a pro. LaSar was a pro. Paige was a pro.I didn’t think it would be this easy buying and selling a home. Would I do it again? No, because we have too much stuff to move :) but if I had to do it again, Id want to work with those three again because it went so damn smooth.
