It went really well. The entire team was extremely professional, and dedicated to making the process as easy as possible for me. It was very fluid, and very much stress-free. All direction I was given was very clear and concise, and when questioned for further information, I was provided with very thorough and specific answers. I never had an issue with getting in contact with my loan officer or coordinator. Or any part of the team. And even with me getting deployed near the end of the entire process, they were very accommodating and understanding, and continue to work with me through time changes and everyone’s busy schedule. the team we had knew what they were doing, and when it needed to be done. not to mention had the patience needed to deal with first time homebuyers who had absalutley no idea what they were getting into. it was a pleasant surprise to find individuals who were not irritated by stupid questions at all hours.
