I began by reading the online reviews, leary of self preservation with false reviews. From the moment someone picked up the phone until closing they have been with me! The knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer service with this company is so very rare these days. When I received the clear to close it felt like I should have bought us all a 6 pack. That is how often and closely this team worked with me! You absolutely will not be disappointed!


Don and Sarah provided information and support throughout the entire loan process. They responded promptly, explained each step clearly, and addressed questions as needed.


Devon and his team were the only lenders who understood rules about seller's assistance for VA home loans. Every other lender I spoke with said they interpreted rules a certain way; Devon gave me the correct information unequivocally. It's for this reason that I decided to commit to VU. I’m sorry the process felt weighed down by setbacks. I know how frustrating it can be when different parts of the process don’t feel in sync. The VA appraisal’s role is to look at the property’s value at face value, but it isn’t the same as a full home inspection, which can help buyers catch more details earlier on.
