I wasn’t sure about all the things needed to buy a new to me home all alone. Then i found Veterans United and their step by step process, total professional communication process left nothing unknown to me through the whole purchase of my final home They even thought to provide gifts I adored for my home about closing time that made my family glad I had them “ at my side” through the whole process. I will recommend them to everyone using a VA loan in 5the future.

Andy made the entire process almost painless. I did have a few things pop up late in the process. Andy and his team worked with me to get the problem resolved. They stuck with me with the first house until I canceled the contract last minute up until I closed on the second house. They are a great team to work with.
By all means I recommend that all potential buyers of real estate have a home inspection by a qualified inspector prior to making a final purchase decision. We made offers to purchase on five different homes and had inspections on all of them,. Most of the homes "looked" okay on the short walk-through but four of the five had problems that we could not, or would not accept or deal with. There were serious deficiencies; many with safety issues. The last one which we purchased also had some issues, but the seller either agreed to correct or were minor maintenance issues we could deal with.
