Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. Great team, it went well! The only thing that I would mention is to get a list of "to do's" up front. Things like well inspection, pest inspection and a complete list up front. It seemed like a few things popped up at the end that held the whole process up.However he process was pretty harmless. Thank you very much!
