very polite and cordial people I worked with. very knowedgable and kept me informed of every aspect of the process and requirements. Helped me when I call, email or text quickly. Can't really say enough good thing about my team.
Awesome job.
Would be a ten. The inspector seemed to be good overall, But the very small minor scratches in paint caused a two week delay. I just wish the VA would have allowed me to accept these very minor paint scratches. Maybe it’s not the inspector fault I just think these scratches were a bit of a joke.
Very satisfied with the loan group...but the affiliated buyers agents were slow to contact, and difficult to connect with.
Be more specific with documents needed.

Thanks for your feedback about the document process. I completely understand how important clear communication is when you're gathering everything needed for your loan. At this point, since your loan has already closed, there shouldn’t be any additional documents required.
