You work through their app and with it’s super intuitive interface, work your way through the checklist if To-Dos for the information you need. They even worked hard through the holidays during this process! It’s the beginning of January now and you just closed on your first home. You are a homeowner! As a veteran, I wanted to take advantage of the benefit veterans receive for a home loan. Being a business owner complicates the income verification side of the equation. Veterans United worked tirelessly to navigate the various obstacles that we needed to overcome. Ultimately, we are the proud owners of our new house.

I'm not easily impressed; I was impressed with VU. I've personally purchased several properties requiring mortgages as well as working with mortgage companies with my real estate clients (I was a realtor) over the years. VU superseded all those companies with their excellent customer service. I would recommend any veteran looking to buy property contact VU. They even have resources in place to help those with the desire to purchase, but aren't quite ready yet, due to credit issues. You can expect to experience a smooth transaction. VU is the best.

Veteran's United was GREAT!
The staff was great, the mobile app was difficult at times, but the app does well at projecting tasks and what needs completed. To be more specific the app login was fussy at times.
Overall, Veterans United gave me a good experience. I would recommend them, especially Alec!
