I would recommend Veterans United to all my military friends. The service was outstanding, very user friendly, not pushy but allowed to operate at your pace. Matt, Conner and Tyler are a great team that looked out for my best interests.
To start off, Id give this company a 10+. Ive used Veterans United 3 times now and have never had any issues other than a few minor ones that just come with buying a house. Marlon did a great job making sure things moved along as needed and was ready for funding once closing was done. I would use them again, but sadly this is the last house I will be buying. The team I had to help make things possible did an excellent job keeping me up to date on what was needed and where my file was in the process. I want to thank the whole team for a A+ job they did for me and my wife. Again, Thank all of yall..

Drennan and Nico were great. Drennan helped me from start to finish, helping me the whole way. Nico also helped me once I found my house. Both were patient with me when I had mini freak outs during the process. Both of these guys handled everything like pros and handled everything that I asked of them.

Veterans United Home Loans is an amazing company to assist Veterans like myself in this home buying process. My husband and I have been told that we will not be in a position to purchase a home for a long time by several other home loan programs. We were so discouraged and thought that we will have to rent homes forever. The first time I had contact with Shannon in the Lighthouse Program, I felt a sense of support immediately. Shannon was able to assist us in creating a plan over a 12 month period to move us towards home ownership. Once we were in a position to qualify for a loan, Shannon immediately connected us to a local office to start the process of buying a home. We were able to secure a preapproval in about 2 weeks. Veterans United helped me and my wife get our first condo, and the whole experience was great. They were always checking on me, had fast response times, and it genuinely felt like they wanted the best for us every step of the way. Brandon was very friendly and helpful—he searched through different home insurance options, gave moving company recommendations and price matches, and helped with internet, electric, etc. Stephanie at VU went above and beyond when I had some trouble with my credit scores—she was always checking in, processing documents quickly, and it really felt like she was rooting for us to make it to closing.
