It was a joy working with them. My family was actually working with another bank at same time trying for the pre-approval so I could put in offers and they got me the pre-approval without invasive questions at that stage that the other company seemed to ask before even considering pre-approval.
From the first phone call to the final closing phone call it was a great experience. No call was unanswered or unreturned. The level of professionalism was outstanding. I am hesitant on companies that “strictly help vets” because I’ve felted taken advantage of before. At no point in Time did I feel falsely lead or pressured to buy when I wasn’t ready. They gave me a call after I said I need 2-3 months to adjust to a new job/schedule before we even talked about formality’s.
