Ty has now been my loan officer for two home purchases, and both experiences have been smooth, consistent, and professional from start to finish. He is transparent, responsive, and does a great job keeping me informed throughout each step of the lending process.What I appreciate most is that Ty takes the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and make sure I understand the numbers and the timing involved. He is also proactive and does everything he can to stay competitive with other lenders, which made me feel like he was genuinely working in my best interest.Buying a home can be stressful, especially when there are moving parts close to closing, but Ty helped keep the process organized and steady. Working with Veterans United while first time home buying was the best choice we could have made. The whole process beginning to end was so easy and informative. We were assigned a realtor who is experienced with VA loans as well as personal loan specialists with Veterans United who really know their stuff. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed. I would highly recommend Veterans United to any Veteran looking to buy a home for the best, stress-free experience.
Kyle was absolutely amazing! He reached out to me promptly and guided me through the whole process making something that seemed very daunting, seamless. He was always available to answer all of my questions and reassure me when needed. He also ensured his team was there to support me with the whole process. Could not recommend more. Working with Mrs Dusenberry and her team was a dream come true! They handled every step of the way and we never felt in the dark. I got calls and updates frequently, and the convenience of using their portal to handle all documents made us feel at ease. Communication was beyond expectations! I would say that I would probably recommend Veterans United as a whole but not specifically the loan officers that were over my loan. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had on a professional level.
