Paul, Missy, Meagan and everyone else on the Veterans United team was amazing they helped me through every step of the way in becoming a new home owner. Everything was taken care of for me by a professional, and trustworthy team from Veterans United. Paul and the rest of the team were always very responsive and willing to help me I remember Paul helping me with things even late in the evening around 7 or 8. They really care about helping soldiers and helped me get an amazing rate and amazing home. I would recommend them to anyone they made the process very easy and stress free for me along with the app being very easy to use, review, and sign documents. They’ve even continued to check on me after the process and they help me cover everything I needed!Thank you so much for everything!

It was a joy working with them. My family was actually working with another bank at same time trying for the pre-approval so I could put in offers and they got me the pre-approval without invasive questions at that stage that the other company seemed to ask before even considering pre-approval.
As a disabled Veteran I would like to say that from the very beginning of the process of purchasing a home the staff and individuals of Veterans United have been absolutely amazing. They were great people to work with. Always quick to respond and usually could answer any questions I had as they came up through the process. I also liked that they had a no B.S. approach to everything and was straight forward and transparent through to the end.

Overall I'm very impressed how everything is handle. The process is so stress free. Veterans United is outstanding.
i found it seemed more like defending myself in a court of law rather then borrowing money to by a home , way to many people involved and for sure to many questions , i received my loan but had a lot of heat burn along the way.

I’m really sorry to hear how overwhelming this process felt for you. Buying a home should feel exciting, not like you’re being put through an exhausting or stressful back-and-forth. I can understand how dealing with multiple people and being asked so many questions could start to feel frustrating and even discouraging.
While there are times when additional questions are needed to complete a loan, that shouldn’t come at the cost of making you feel uncomfortable or worn down. It’s important that communication feels clear, respectful, and supportive throughout the process, and I’m sorry that wasn’t your experience.
I appreciate you sticking through it to closing, but I regret that it came with what you described as “a lot of heat burn” along the way. I’d really like the opportunity to learn more about what happened and see where we could have done better.
