I worked a lot with Kris and Caytlin with my initial home purchase and was very transparent about my anxiety. They walked me through every process and when I misheard some aspects of the process, they helped me through keeping within my schedule. They were very diligent and timely with their repsonses to my questions.
It was a really easy process with a team of people helping you every step of the way. We got from pre-approval to closing in just a month and 2 days.
The VA loan underwriting process is complicated. And you could not ask for better guides through that process than the folks at Veterans United. They kept me informed at every step. They made sure I provided all the information as required. I was pleasantly surprised at the document submission automation at VU which saved me time and cut down on my need to provide what has seemed, in the past, endless copies of bank statements and the like. Very nice. I also liked having a team of 3 folks supporting me from beginning to funding. I highly recommend Veterans United.
