If I could give my team an 11 I would. They were absolutely incredible and made the entire home buying process such a breeze. I was never confused through the process and they all communicated efficiently.
Possibly open communication among peers. A few times I would hear something from someone and then another thing from someone else or being reach out about the same thing from different people. I believe open communication among peers upon reaching out to the client would eliminate this. But I really did enjoy my overall experience.
