Tyler Salter is absolutely one of the best people I know. He made this experience the best and we went through a lot during this process. He made it so much better, was always upbeat and positive. I gained a true friend in this experience. Veterans United is a better place for having him as a employee.
The team was amazing. They were friendly while maintaining professionalism. My husband and I are first time home owners and they explained things in detail, always available when I had questions, patient, and understanding. Any issue we had, they worked with us.

Ryan and his team are extremely communicative - explaining important details and providing timely insight when needed.
For the most part it was a great experience working with Veterans United. Celina and Lindsay were a great team and made sure that everything went smoothly. My one criticism is that the underwriters should ask for all the information up front not piecemeal or there should be at least some notification that they need new information. There were times when I thought I had everything in and then I would get a message from Lindsay saying there's been something in my VU to-do list for days. Other than that great!
The team from Veterans United that helped me out was phenomenal. This was my first home buying process, so I thought it was going to be terribly overwhelming. But it was not even close to overwhelming due to the team that helped me out. They were always there to answer any and all questions that I had and they answered me back in a timely manner.

Jodi was incredible and helped us every step of the way. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we received! Jodi and Kat were available at any time of the day we needed to ask them questions, and always had an answer for everything. They made the VA loan process so simple and easy!
