Was patience, helped, was kind to our needs never gabe up on us, as it was our first time buying a home. Communication was the key and Tyson made it helpful..
Great experience and smooth transition!
Our experience was great. Cal Thompson and the whole crew at Veterans United communicated with us at all times. They always let us know when they needed something. They treated us like we were family and our time was valuable and went out of their way to make things happen in order for us to get our home. Lyndsey with Heartland Properties - we couldn't have done it without her hard work and dedication and devotion. She stuck by our side to the end. Her communication with us was awesome. We couldn't be happier and all her team work paid off in the end. The hardest part was saying goodbye to her and Veterans United.
Everyone there is so amazing and always their to support and answer questions! Extremely smooth process!!

This was by far the easiest home buy EVER. Working with Ron and Brandon was flawless. I would recommend them to everyone.
Very professional, very responsive, overall a very good experience
Veterans United went above and beyond to get us into our new home on a short and complicated close date.

Very smooth and clear process. Veterans United has a great team that supports you through every step of the home buying process and beyond.
Very efficient and professional
Adam Crutchfield is the primary reason I've purchased three "3" homes with Veterans United. He's someone you can trust in buying a house, from start to finish He's there for you every step of the way!!!!!!!!
Sometimes hard to get on phone
Buyer beware: I am utterly devastated by the abysmal experience we endured with their chosen third-rate title company during our recent refinance and home purchase. Their gross incompetence led to a catastrophic failure in handling our funds. They sat on our refinance funds for over six hours, completely botching the wire transfer needed for closing on our new home purchase. As a result, the sellers were left high and dry, without their funds before the close of business on a Friday. We were forced to wait an entire weekend to take occupancy of our new home—a complete and utter disaster. This unforgivable mishandling has left me with nothing but regret for not choosing my own attorney for both transactions. Save yourself the heartache and take control—select your own trusted attorney or title company.
During the process of purchasing my new home I had all kinds of obstacles to over come and the entire Veterans United staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and was very prompt with answers to any questions I had. They also set me up with one of the best real estate agents a first time home buyer could ask for. Very thankful for them.
