I'm very thankful for Veterans United Home Loans and everyone who assisted us with our new home.
Mr. Bill Musick was a very great representative to work with. Thanks for all that you do.

I was disappointed with Terri a few times. It felt that she had not fully reviewed all the documents early enough in the process.
I recommend everyone goes them for house process its a great experience and They help you step by step during the process
They are a great company to work with. Very friendly and fast. I would highly recommend veterans United to anyone looking to buy a home.
Overall i would recommend vu to folks...although i was aggrivated kaleb and his team including denise handled the issues as well as the could and dealt with me properly
I could not be more pleased with every aspect of Veterans United especially since my husband and I are not veterans. Many family members are vets and we were referred to Veterans United by them and I am so very happy they did. If you are looking for professionalism and require patience, this is the group for you. As a first time home buyer I was totally ignorant to the process however the team at Veterans United held my hand every step of the way.
Kudos to Veterans United!
To all my brother veterans this company are there for you in everyway and they know there business. If you want a great home buying experience this is the people to go to.
Wow! Financing a home through Veterans United couldn't have been easier! They kept me informed every step of the way and made financing our home a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend VU to other veterans!
Most of the communication between Mason Maddox’s team and my relator Claudia Halden was conducted out of state. They both did an excellent job of keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire prcocess. I’m still in Washington state while my wife successfully closed on our home in Nampa, ID on Friday May 20, 2016
I live in a very rural area and waited for over a month to have the home appraisal done. I was never told that this could be a problem. I did not have a problem waiting to get the home appraisal done, but my loan officer could have told me what else needed done while we were waiting, instead we waited, and waited for the appraisal to get done, then he told me all the other paper work we needed. It would have taken a lot less time to get to closing had we done all the other paperwork during the time we were waiting for the appraisal. Other than the appraisal issue, the whole process was fairly easy, and my loan officer was always available to answer any questions I had.
