Veterans united team was top notch. My low score on my agent was because the agent assigned to me for selling my home would not return my calls so I got my own agent. I had 2 buying agents since I was on the border of 2 states. My NC agent was good and proactive with sending me links of places to check out. My SC agent had a cruise scheduled 5 days after we started looking and she was in vacation mode until her cruise got canceled then suddenly she was interested in actually working with us. Again, veterans united was top notch with their staff and on top of everything, I just drew the short straw on 2 out of 3 real estate agents and I do not fault veterans united for that.
Also a big shoutout to Shayna Goldberg for her patience with me as well. She speaks fluent Airline crewmember speak so she understands my work environment and how we get paid in the industry.
Both Jordan and Kim Ahren made the whole home buying process a breeze.
