I was worried about timing with the loan closings, my current home was in contact to sell & I intended to use the proceeds from my sale as part payment on my new home. When we first started our loan application, the initial loan officer we were assigned was not very responsive. I’m not sure if he was reassigned to a different case, but I couldn’t get ahold of him via text, email, or call. Once Brandon was assigned and picked up my packet, everything went through quickly.
Daniel was a great first person to talk to I confide in him very much and he was always ready to help me.You can not ask for a better team of professionals to help you though a very difficult decision of your life.
