My loan team was very knowledgeable and helpful. They always called back and were willing to answer a million questions a million times (many of which were repeat questions because I got anxious and needed clarity). Nick, Lasar, and Michael were really great. There were a few more that helped me as well, sorry I forgot their names. Thank you all!

We really enjoyed the team approach used by Veterans United Home Loans between the loan officer, assistant, and concierge. We really felt like several people had our backs at all times during the process.Out loan officer really was there with us every step of the way from getting our pre-approval letter to the final day of closing. He was exceptionally patient with my wife and I whenever we spoke. He explained the process for what we needed to know now and what the next steps would be in the future. Whenever we sent an e-mail or left a message, he always contacted us back the same day. As first time home buyers using my VA home loan, I really do recommend this company.

Highly recommend Trevor and his team. We had a bad broker with another bank and came close to losing the deal. He communicated with both realtors and the sellers reassuring them he could get it done in a speedy manner. He did what he said he could do and we have our house.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Veterans United. Veterans United was very helpful in the home buying process. I did not use all of their services as there were companies that I have been with for years and didn't want to shop for better prices instead choosing to stay loyal to the companies that stood by me through the years. Veterans United understood this and helped where they could and respected the loyalty that was shown between myself and these companies. Because of this I will stay loyal to Veterans United should I need help with anything else down the future.
I've refinanced a few times and this was by far the easiest one I've done all thanks to Sam (and Julia).
