The team was amazing, they assisted me all the way through the process and kept me informed.
I was quoted one and interest rate when I started and one point. Just before closing the rate changed and 3 points were added plus title Insurance. This was not right to do to anyone let alone a Veteran. Very poorly done.

I am sorry that this was a frustrating experience for you, we would never intend to provide a rate or fee you were unaware of receiving. Your initial loan estimate reflected what was discussed but I do see a buy down of a little over one point which took place about midway through your process. While I do not see any further changes we certainly understand that updating your fee sheet can cause confusion when not explained in a timely manner. Lucas, Andrew, Jared and Cody are all awesome. They not only tolerated my numerous questions they answered them quickly and happily ( some a few times) they explained things in layman’s terms and gave honest and thorough responses. I knew what to expect through each step and their numbers were accurate. Another thing I liked is from my point of view veteran United honors their employees and their time off is actually off. But that said whenever one of my team was off another team member answered quickly and correctly . My vu realtor Thomas walker was incredible too.

I worked solely with Amanda, and she was GREAT! I had a HORRIBLE experience with my first home purchase, in which I explained to her, so she made sure I only worked with her and nobody else and I truly appreciated that! She was such a good person to work with and also told me even if I didn't go with their company, she'd still assist me! The way she worked with me, I believe she would have! Any questions I had, she answered! If I was confused on anything, she was there! If I decide to purchase again while here, I'd definitely go with them! I can't speak for anyone else in the company, but I would definitely recommend Amanda! And trust me, I am SUCH a picky person and I can be a lot but everything worked out well!
All of our team were wonderful but George Eastergard went way beyond what most loan officers would do.
