I would suggest that Veterans United get affilted with or create progams that offer downpayment assistance or closing cost assistance! It would have been great for me to get that help. I know that VA loans don't "need" a down payment but it would help the veteran in the long run. That is my only fault with veterans united. I almost went to another lender because of it to be honest. Had I not need manual underwiriting because of my debt to income ratio. I would have swicthed to a lender that had DAP and Closing cost assistance. Why not have programs or be affilated with programs that can help your lender?

The most important item in any business endeavor, is Communicating. The best way to communicate is face to face or by phone. I am not all excited about how America has decided to used emails to do the job that we should be doing. It is crippling our younger generation. It is also handicapping them in developing inter personal skills. I think that as a nation we can do better.
