VU is professionally the best staffed loan company that I have dealt with. They are there for you even after office hours. They are patient and make you feel like you’re there only client. I don’t know how they are trained but my hat is off to whoever does it, or/and the HR that hires qualified people. The way the APP works to keep the to/do list updated makes the process so much easier also. All and all impressive.
Highly impressed throughout my entire loan process. The most competitive interest rate that I could find, and probably the best service I could ask for. The team that worked on my loan handled everything in a timely manner, and ensured all issues that arose were handled efficiently and promptly.
Our Loan Officer Jamie was a joy to work with. Between him and Julian we had all of our many questions answered clearly and stayed on top of our paperwork. It was extremely easy to apply and hardly any work on my end had to be done. I was very stress-free and pleased at how fast emails were responded to and at how easy it was as a first-time home buyer. You hear horror stories from friends and family, and this was way beyond great!
