I especially applaud my broker, Jacob. Mine was a more difficult refinance than most because my name was not on the original loan. There were many questions and pleas for help on my end, and Jacob was always immediately there to walk me through what I needed to do. I loved my agent Brett and Canisha - however, the underwritting area was a nightmare. Often asking for items already submitted; continually coming back and asking for additional items instead of going all the way through the package and asking for the majority of items at one time there were additional requests each time they started to review.
