The entire process from start to finish was extremely easy. The staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. The portal aspect is awesome. Being able to upload documents immediately and getting reminders about things that need to get done is so much more user-friendly than all the other mortgage companies I’ve used in the past.

Our experience was great. Cal Thompson and the whole crew at Veterans United communicated with us at all times. They always let us know when they needed something. They treated us like we were family and our time was valuable and went out of their way to make things happen in order for us to get our home. Aaron was amazing worked to get me a decent rate and terms. There, was some confusion when other staff got involved. Once they had everything clear to close, everyone evaporated and didn’t hear much from anyone after that. Aaron sent me a text when the property closed. Waiting for further instructions so I can start paying the bill.
