I'm not easily impressed; I was impressed with VU. I've personally purchased several properties requiring mortgages as well as working with mortgage companies with my real estate clients (I was a realtor) over the years. VU superseded all those companies with their excellent customer service. I would recommend any veteran looking to buy property contact VU. They even have resources in place to help those with the desire to purchase, but aren't quite ready yet, due to credit issues. You can expect to experience a smooth transaction. VU is the best.
There customer care and service is second to none. David Fields is one of the best out there. He is honest, professional, caring and all around a great guy. My wife and I always appreciate how thorough he is. Highly highly recommend using him and Veterans United as your mortgage lender.
We had a great home buying experience with Veterans United. David Phillips and the rest of the team continually checked in with updates and on our needs. My experience with USAA and getting home owners insurance was not the same. It was a complete nightmare with 3 different quotes all going up in price and all with the same policy number. It makes no sense that the 2 companies could not work together seems there both here to serve veterans. Veterans United is outstanding and I will recommend David and the team to all my fellow veterans
