Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first when they contacted me, but Veterans United has been professional at all times and has made it easy for me to buy a home. They have been there for me the entire time to answer my questions and ensure I got a good deal.
Jeff Magsamen and his team did well.The title company that was used did horrible. If not for Jeff's hard work and exceptional customer service I would have cancelled this loan.This situation needs to be investigated so it doesn't happen again.I was clear to close and the title company didn't have and/or needed more tax information? Unacceptable. Within 5mins I provided this information. This caused a delay from a Wednesday close to a Friday close.I asked if they could fund/post the money I was getting back in the morning or as soon as possible since it was Friday. I got excuses of how it depends on VU and my bank. It also felt like they blew me off and did not care what I wanted. I got the deposit close to 3pm.It is now over a week from closing and some bills that were to be paid off are still not paid?I would not use this title company.
