Very understanding, helpful, best team I could ask to be by my side. They will guide you step by step and help you any way possible would recommend for any first time and or other buyers looking for a new home and etc.
Our loan officer Wesley & my realtor Charleen Byrd were the absolute best!!!Underwriting was a bit embarrassing how they kept reaching out to my employer - granted my employer was not the most responsive either.
My advice is to use Veterans United and don't go somewhere else for a lender. My wife and I did and had awful experience before coming to VU. Veterans United is everything your looking for in a lender and more.
