Overall the experience was well. Joe did a phenomenal job, was always in contact with me, and reaching out to answer questions or concerns. As the process went through other portions of the loans, the community did drop from the original. As we got closer to the closing date things that I anticipated would have been done days prior were not done till a day before or the closing date. Being new to the VA loan process I am not sure if this is the normal process , but communication would be key reassuring the Veteran and bringing piece of mind.
