Overall Veteran's United has great people to work with. Sometimes one bad apple (if you will) can make it difficult to want to deal with that particular company. But I must say Brittney and Michelle really stepped up and made my experience much better. I would suggest using VU to purchase a home they do their best to assist a veteran to purchase a home.
