This is my second home loan through veterans United. Each time the process was smooth and simple. They tell you what they need, you get it to them, the end result is great.

Not bad customer service and they were able to get me a good rate. I would say if you are a first time home buyer ask a lot of questions to other recent first time home buyers, as the team will assume you know quite a bit, and if you have not already gone to the process there are going to be questions you don't know you should ask. I would think that an experienced team working with the first time home buyer would be more sensitive to that.
