Bert Shaw was amazing! I never thought I would qualify for a home in this crazy market and especially after the pandemic. He made the process so simple that I didn’t even realize I was making a major purchase as buying a home. I’m a tad bit old fashion and was leery of doing business of this type without meeting the mortgage representative face to face, but Bert made it comfortable as if I had known him for years. Ensure you have all the necessary paperwork work needed, ensure that your credit is not being pulled without your knowledge, this can slow down process. Expect the unexpected, it will come when you least expect it, which can slow down the process.
