VU. Did a great Job getting me in a new house in a great neighborhood. And they reached out to me with everything I need to get started. They did a great job.
Very poor experience. Made this home purchase way more of a headache then it needed to be. Poor communication, lack of response or urgency and no ownership in their mistakes and tried to blame their errors on someone else.

It isn't normal for a home buying process to go from start to finish in less than 35 days and go so smoothly, but this Veterans United Organization did it and i am fully recommending them to any and everyone considering buying any property.
I highly recommend Ian Reed. He's an expert with VA loans and he's very experienced with veterans in helping them with their mortgage needs.

Great company but make sure you lock your rate!!!! I got done on my rate and my loan officer and the Advocate was a mean as hell! They are both on the same team. I am very thorough and I saved all of the information from the portal and The figures were changing everyday to try and make me and seller pay more $$$$ when I had questions I was treated like a stepchild. It started with a rate of 4.65 and ended up 5.99
Awesome staff and will go out of there way to help you on questions you might have. Great communication skills and will help you finalize the purchase of your new home.
