Choose another company, they will get you all the way until the end of the process of buying your house and magically add another $500, and say that the monthly payment at the beginning of the process was just an estimate. I went to Citibank at the beginning of the process as well and looking back now they calculated the correct monthly payment but this was my first house so I had no idea what I was doing. I was trusting veterans united to help me but they did not.
Dealing with Adams Homes was a complete nightmare! Scott and Bobby helped keep me sane during this process. Scott ALWAYS responded to all my questions and concerns immediately. I definitely wouldn't have made it through this process with my sanity without him.
