The loan and real estate team were great. I was, however, very disappointed with the Insurance team. After several failed attempts to make contact with them, they finally reached out on closing day...after I had already locked in home insurance with a different company. It was a very sharp contrast with how professional and responsive every other aspect of the company was.

Do not like being lied to. I was told I could not shop around to get my Appraisal. You should instruct your staff that any appraisal can be used I do not have to go through and pay veterans United to do it
