There were a few instances where other facets like the helping staff or insurance folks kinda contacted us too frequently while we were driving cross country or dealing with the rest of the moving inconveniences, but overall we felt like everyone really wanted to help us. We had a very unique and tricky set of circumstances with an extremely expedited timeline and everyone came together efficiently to tackle those obstacles.
Veterans United is the greatest company one could ever wish for. They made the home buying process quick and easy. Everyone on your team is highly respectful and has your best interest at heart. If you’re on the fence about it. Trust me they are worth it and they are second to none at there job!

Veterans United made buying a home which is usually so stressful, a huge relief. Veteran’s United was extremely flexible with changes to the loan. Our Loan agent also locked in a decent rate for us before the Federal Reserve really pushed rates higher. VA United truly cares about their customers and works hard to make the purchase of a home as smooth as possible.
There are fees that are not transparent in the home buying process. It would be helpful if this was explained to new buyers. It can be ver confusing and intimidating to have over $20K in unexpected fees.
