Sarah was wonderful she made me feel like a person not a number if it wasn’t for her keeping me updated without me asking I would have pulled out of the deal Brett is a nice guy but the worst agent I ever dealt with he seemed to be looking out for the seller interest and himself not me I had to call for updates but he wouldn’t have any Sarah always had them if she didn’t she got back in a timely manner Brett wanted everything at his convenience he never gave any updates that I didn’t already know I would not recommend him for any veteran getting information from him was like pulling teeth I know he didn’t care because he was getting paid regardless I have no complaints about veterans united the team there was great

The only gripe I have is the to dose. I had to keep getting on the portal and there would be to dos. I never knew they were there unless I missed emails or something.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
I've always pushed for the "human" factor in finance. Not the the emotional factor. Recognizing the difference between helping and enabling. John and his team seem to have located that algorithm. I was extremely impressed with tolerance, knowledge, willingness to communicate and above all. The human approach that was administered. I have nothing but praise for process there at VU. Thank you all for being really good at your jobs. It is appreciated.
