If you are a Veteran and have the opportunity for your VA Loan, you have to use Veterans United. Hands down the best and easiest thing I've done. They took away all of the normal homebuying fears. I got Pre-Approved and closed within one month!

If you are a vet, you do yourself a disservice if you don't take advantage of what Veterans United has to offer. I feel sorry for home buyers who don't have such a team with them.
This was my first home buying experience, and I could not be more happier with the way my entire UV team assisted me through the process. It was far from easy and without snags, but my UV team explained and assisted through each part of the process. The videos about the process were extremely helpful as well. They worked with us in a personal touch and very professional, all communication was spot on and professional answers too all my questions. I will also mention that my realtor and mortgage representatives said the team was awesome for them to work with, and everything went smooth them them as well. For me buying a house is very stressful, especially when I am moving from state to state. I feel Veterans united did everything in their power to make it less so. I don't have a single complaint about anyone I worked with at veterans united and was kept informed of everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend them to fellow veterans.Nick was great throughout the entire process. The whole process is a lot to take, this is my third home purchase (hopefully last) and i was very happy for it to be over. We had a decent down payment available and Nick helped me to make the right choices as to where to place the money. For example, he walked me through how much to put towards buying down interest rates and how much to put towards the house, giving me pro and cons and hard numbers. That was very appreciated.

I am a 73 year old Vietnam veteran and an Army retired LTC. I thought there was no way I could get a mortgage. My wife and I recently remarried (to each other) and were living in a small apartment. Some companies turned us down right away but I found Veterans United and they made our dreams come true. The process was seemless and their website excellent with tutorials on everything related to the mortage. There was a 6 month wait due to new construction but they were patient and when the time came they got things moving quickly. If you are a veteran and do not think you can purchase property there is a way Veterans United.
