Again, this was my third home purchase. VU was not better than my first two in any regards. I don’t have a lot of confidence in VU and will not be using VU in the future.
I had no idea when I started the process that things would move so smoothly and rapidly. I applied for my loan in early April, pre-approved shortly thereafter and contacted by my realtor immediately after that. I saw my forever home in early May, made an offer, and it was accepted, and the entire process ended yesterday when I closed on the property and made my first trip, as a homeowner, to my new place.
