Buying a home requires so much supporting documentation with all kinds of information. This is our fourth home we have bought and it never got easier until now. I can honestly say the computer program is user friendly and amazing to work with. If I wasn't extremely pleased I wouldn't endorse this company. I would not recommend this company. It took months to complete the process. Every time I thought I was finished providing documents, there were additional documents. This were on for months. I called the loan officer a couple of times and never received a return call. Everything I had to pay was not explained. Therefore, I had to pay hundreds of dollars for unexpected services during the process. I have financed a few homes and this was my worse experience. I reached a point in the process where I was so frustrated that advised the loan specialist that I wanted to terminated the loan application.

Our Loan Specialist and team helped us so much through each step of the refinancing with kindness and a whole lot of patience in every way. We had so many questions and concerns. To begin with we weren't going to Refinance. We were reassured that the interest rate could be locked in at these amazing lower points. They initially helped walk us through our first Loan for our Home 4 years ago so we decided to do this Refinance now in 2021 with Veterans United again!
We both appreciate the awesome customer service we received and thoroughness when explaining information to us from all the representatives.
We are so thankful to have our House payments lowered and interest rate in an efficient timely manner! This will especially help us as an Army Veteran on a fixed income!
