If you’re questioning whether to use Veterans United, do it. I would 100% use them in the future. The whole process was painless and seamless. I closed extremely fast and everything went smoothly.

Everyone on my team was amazing! They were able to answer any question i had at any time and were quickly responsive! As a first time home buyer the team made the process seem easier than renting. It was a great experience and now i get to enjoy my home because of them. Thank you all for your help and support of Veterans and Active duty!

Great experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home.

VU outperformed every expectation I had. I will absolutely be giving them my business next time I'm in the market.

Veterans United is the best way to go for your home financing needs…the online services are transparent, which allows you to see every step through the lending process…I highly recommend this company as the way to go for Veterans.

This was the best real estate transaction we have ever had. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.

This team, Alexis, holly and Jason all deserve 10s. They worked hard to make sure this deal happened. Alexis deserves a bonus for having to put up with my attitude!! Lol

There is absolutely no way I would recommend this business to anybody or any veteran that I know. The entire process feels disjointed and set up for failure on the loan applicant side. Even the initial payment process is confusing and convoluted. This leads me to believe it to be another avenue for your business to extract late fees or some other form of money from the individuals. In my opinion there is no reason why the initial payment should not be received by the end loaning institution. Why have I not received any email or regular mail notification or instructions for making the initial monthly payment? Why am I making the initial payment to your company and then 2 to 3 weeks later being required to set up payment arrangements with the end lender? If it is an issue of time between closing and initial payment. Simply address this issue by moving the initial payment to accommodate time necessary for paperwork to be completed. It should not be a burden or a potential misstep for the borrower. Once again, these actions demonstrate your company's apparent inability to conduct business in a non-stressful or emergency stance. Not giving sufficient time for processes to work out behind the scenes creates undue stress and potential missteps for the borrowers.
