Dan was great as usual…this is my third time using Dan and Veterans United to buy a house. I can say with 100% certainty if there is a fourth time I will be back again.
We just wanted to say thank you to our loan officer, Angie Sanders and her team. As first-time homeowners, we were scared, nervous and apprehensive about the home buying process. Angie and her team were always just a phone call or email away to help with any concerns and/or questions we had, no matter how minor. We are so appreciative of all her help and direction.
Overall it was a good experience. I didn't know a lot about home buying as i have not had that experience in quite awhile. They were very helpful and patient with me.
Very efficient. Used VU before and will again.

The process was basically effortless.
I'd like to share my recent experience working with Brett and the rest of his team for my first home purchase. As a first-time homebuyer, my experience was okay overall, but the communication needs serious improvement. The support team did well, but the loan officer made the process stressful. I was rushed, brushed off when asking questions, and even blamed for delays. My realtor and insurance agent also struggled to get responses, as calls and emails often went unanswered. On top of that, a family emergency I communicated was disregarded, and I was told I wouldn’t get the house if tasks weren’t finished—yet no clear deadlines or explanations were given. Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication made this process much harder than it needed to be
I would absolutely recommend Rob and his team at Veterans United. They went through change after change with a difficult title company and never wavered, never gave up. They stuck with me, kept me informed and got the job done. Thanks to the whole team. Semper Fi
