This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had. Getting into contact with the team leading up to my closing was extremely difficult and I would not be contacted back for hours after reaching out. In a time of constant change, I was disappointed that I could not speak with my team quickly about closing matters.The underwriting process was terrible. There we unnecessary delays and things requested that my team should have told me about in advance, not when the underwriter requested them.I will not be recommending VU to others. This has not been a good experience for me.

Jon Ouk was extremely matter of fact, which is how I like it. He explained to me exactly what I could afford and what I needed to know to get the house I wanted. He helped me through the entire process, no bull, just straight facts, and the entire thing was done with precision. Jon is the money, and Bryan was everything else. Bryan Kay was the exceptional at answering questions and helping me through the other part of the process. Anytime I had to sign something or if something came up that I didn’t understand, Bryan answered my questions without fail! With these two as a team, I knew that I was in great hands!
It took awhile for my loan to get approved due to the government shutdown and issues with the Hoa but they helped me along and did what they could to help me close!
