My loan process with Veterans United was easy and streamlined. Chris Lipman and his team were very responsive. They responded to my questions and concerns right away. At one point Chris was out with his family and he still picked up the phone! That shows a commitment to this work that goes above and beyond. I felt respected and taken care of throughout the loan process. All members on his team from Britanny Lucy - Loan Concierge, Brenda Kelly - Loan Coordinator, and Mitchel Wray who helped with insurance coverage (hope didn't forget anyone) were easy to talk to, professional and very responsive. My experience was a great one. Plus, a nice final touch at the end of the closing was an unexpected gift basket for movie night in my new home. In fact, I have just done a refi using with VU. With the refi I worked with Brayden Byrd a Lead Loan Coordinator who handled my process the same way. VU knows how to provide great customer service---something that is a rare find today.

This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had. From the moment she got in touch with my wife and I she made everything super easy for us! She was always so friendly to talk to, and went above and beyond to get things done quick! She was able to answer any questions we had and made this, what could have been a long hard process, fast and a piece of cake! Step by step every part of this process with VU was absolutely painless and smooth
We cannot thank the team enough. For a decision as big as buying your first home, the last thing you need is doubt. Veterans United, particularly Dave's team, ensured that what we wanted, in our hearts, was to buy this first home. It was, and they made our dream happen. Veterans United is lucky to have a team like Dave's team. They clearly worked with a set of values that worked for the good of the client, and to do that for another person, is beyond the normal job description.

While deployed, Rich Pauls contacted me and basically we hit it off and then when I got home he was able to let me know what my wife and me needed to send him as well as Tiffany Herrmann. I will definitely be sending fellow soldiers towards veterans united as long as family members.
After being told no on VA loans thru other banks, Veterans United said let us try and they delivered. On top of helping us buy a house with 50% less down payment, they also cut our auto insurance in half.
