Overall solid. Had a better time with the buying agent vs the selling agent but .500 isn’t bad.
I wanted someone else for my loan coordinator, but I was forced to use her even at the end when I asked 3 times for someone else.I found nothing was explained, I was forced to repeat actions over and over. It reached the point that I almost walked away from signing for the house. If I hadn't needed a house ASAP I would have walked away when I found out she was still on my case when I was signing papers

We just wanted to say thank you to our loan officer, Angie Sanders and her team. As first-time homeowners, we were scared, nervous and apprehensive about the home buying process. The process for buying a home was not as grueling as I thought it would be, and I believe a lot of it had to do with the Veterans United team.
I’ve always heard horror stories of the housing buying process but Shawn and Zach made the process seem less and fast. Best service I could have asked for.

They even sent us a gift basket including toys/treats for our pup that we only mentioned once!
