From the start to finish these folks were outstanding.I worked with UV credit consultant for over a year to get my credit right. Once my score was high enough to get preapproved, I was in a house within 60 days for less than $2500 out of pocket.If you are at least 10% Service connected, the VA funding fee, which is usually about 2% is waved.Negotiate having the seller pay closing costs, pest inspection, and the land survey.The VA will pay you $750 to cover the VA appraisal, which is only about $600.You can get into a house for less than you may think.

Thank you, Aaron, for all the work you put into us closing on our house in Tucson, Arizona. Like buying any big purchase, there were a few small issues, but they were handled quickly. My family was on the road for 2 1/2 months visiting family in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and North Dakota. They are happy to be in our new home and ready to get settled down. With me being stationed in South Korea the time and day differences made for some early mornings and late night, but thank goodness for e-mail.
