Nathan Jackson was great I'm not good with a smartphone and he helped me through it when I called him he would call back quickly made me relax when I got frustrated talked me through the whole process I'm very grateful for all he did for me

From the first minute we picked up the phone and spoke with Bill, it just felt so organic. I feel like the team went above and beyond for my husband and me. Extremely streamlined process. Didn’t have to worry about anything. I was able to begin the home buying process remotely while I was still in training. The app and website make it easy to track and see the process, what has been done and what is remaining. The checklists help see the big picture. The e-signing helps with task completion no matter where I was (as long as there’s an internet connection).
Jake and the team did a fantastic job handling everything, and they were so flexible and polite.
