The process was incredibly easy. This is our 3rd home purchase, 1st time with Veterans United and I can’t say how happy we are with the way it went from start to finish.
We just wanted to say thank you to our loan officer, Angie Sanders and her team. As first-time homeowners, we were scared, nervous and apprehensive about the home buying process. Angie and her team were always just a phone call or email away to help with any concerns and/or questions we had, no matter how minor. We are so appreciative of all her help and direction.

Everyone involved was so very helpful. Nick Holman, loan officer, Nick Rosch, concierge, Amanda Wandel, loan coordinator, and Dylan Brondel, insurance representative were very courteous & understanding. Through no fault of Veterans United, there were some issues with the property appraiser & the timeliness and performance of her duties. Nick Holman went out of his way, in my opinion, to help put a rush on what was in his power to do.

Great to work with. Need to be more specific with explaining policies. Overall is on call and gets back to use right away. Helped us find a good insurance company and getting intouch with utilities and electrical companies and put the bills in our name. Security companies as well. VA center and hospital near our house. Overall great to work with.

I would definitely recommend veterans united. And will work with them again. Aaron Guinn was my loan officer. He was available on weekends even a few times late at night. To help with rates and different payments on several different houses. He helped us get the perfect house at the perfect payment. With very little closing cost.
