They truly are a one stop firm where financing is not the only service they provide but all other things you never thought of, I.e. providing best insurance rates, connecting you to vendors offering services at lower cost for the move as well as one button to connect and disconnect utilities. Awesome to work with and understands the VA process well.

It was a smooth process. As long as you do your part as soon as possible it will go rather smoothly and quickly.
I was quoted an inaccurate percentage down payment - a difference of nearly $15,000. The rates were horrible and I wouldn't have used them had they not told me the down-payment was so low. Seems like a slimy sales tactic. The compensation for their nearly $15,000 mistake was to credit $800. Then they had extremely untimely replies completely lacking any type of accuracy or punctuality. I think the organization should remove the word veteran from their name. They didn't reflect it in any way.
