A few delays and some requests for extra documents, but I'm sure that falls on the underwriters, not the loan team. Nick's team was efficient, patient, and always available on short notice. I would absolutely recommend.

The only thing I had a problem with is the title portion. Veterans United was miss informed about what we needed and made the process take a couple extra days than it should have but no one is perfect and I strongly recommend veterans United too every veteran
