I’ve read some negative reviews about VU, but I can honestly say that I didn’t experience any negative issues with VU. We, meaning my Wife and I, were very responsive on getting requested documents back asap. We didn’t procrastinate on anything requested from us. Our team consisted of Hannah, Lupe, and Emily who were all available to take my calls and emails with questions I had. We closed in unbelievable 16 days.
Everyone will of course have different experiences to report, which is great, but this was my experience and it was nothing but wonderful for me with a minimal stress involved.

We have been truly blessed by the outstanding professionalism and determination of Jeff and Shan. They spent many hours, days and then months working on our loan. They showed us sincere love and concern for us while we traveled this journey. We had many unforeseen obstacles placed in our way and they never gave up on us. This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan.
