Our experience with Veterans United home loans has been great. I recall when I ask Matt if we could qualify for a larger amount due to homes being taken in a rather quick manner. Matt was eager to assist us and I qualified for the amount needed. As a veteran I would just like to say "thank you" for everything you've done for us. I'm a retired reservist with 28 years of service in the Air Force and as we say in the Air Force "Aim High" you guys have really accomplished this.

To start off, Id give this company a 10+. Ive used Veterans United 3 times now and have never had any issues other than a few minor ones that just come with buying a house. Marlon did a great job making sure things moved along as needed and was ready for funding once closing was done. I would use them again, but sadly this is the last house I will be buying. The team I had to help make things possible did an excellent job keeping me up to date on what was needed and where my file was in the process. Good communicators but could be a little more detail oriented.
I went into this process not knowing and not having any experience with VA loans. The way Janet Bowe and Tommy Purk guided me, explained everything to me was very appreciated. They relaxed any type of anxiety I had which made this a very pleasant experience.
