This was so unlike any experience I’ve ever had buying a home but in a great way! Communication (even though by email and text) was top notch. Everything was explained if I had questions (and there were many). Everything was wrapped up in a nice little online website where we could find everything we needed at our fingertips. Even though buying a house at this time was absolutely nuts and frustrating Veterans United was there for us every step of the way. I’m glad we chose them.

Our Veterans United team took away a lot of the stress that comes with home buying. They made it clear they were on our side ready and waiting to answer any and all questions, and to explain the entire process and the paperwork we needed to sign and documents we needed to submit. They were very positive and made us feel like they were in our corner. We have only good things to say about Veterans United. However I highly recommend being picky about what realtor you're paired with, do not just sign whatever the realtor sends you. If the realtor is not forthcoming about paperwork that they are telling you to sign, IMMEDIATELY find a new realtor because they are not looking out for you and your best interests.
