I firmly believe I made the best decision possible by putting my trust in Veterans United. I have already recommended them to friends who are getting out and ‘going home’ soon, and I will continue to do so. I will undoubtedly use VU again if/when I buy another home.

Superb customer service and extremely seamless refinance process. I was most impressed with their mostly online system which helped expedite the document collection/refinance process which could be slow when using paper copies. Highly recommend to anyone looking to finance or refinance a home, they definitely take good care of their active duty military servicemembers and veterans!
