Veterans United is hands down the best! They are friendly, honest, timely, and amazing. I cannot say enough. We have used them not once, not twice, but three times and there is not a single negative thing I have to say. Nothing but a positive experience all around. This time we were connected with someone for a homeowners insurance quote and ended up bundling in auto and saved so much money for quality insurance! Every single person we have worked with along the way has been incredible. Nick, Mark, Sarah, and everyone else from VU-thank you!
im very happy i got to work with veterans united and the people and staff are amazing! as well as the realtor they suggested!
Veterans United really came through for us and our loan officer Jarvis was amazing! I have to admit I had my doubts; the property we were buying was extremely complicated, but Jarvis walked us through it successfully. Even our closing attorney who obviously had been in the business a long time said she had never seen a property like this make it on a VA loan. Communication was great and we could always get a hold of him if needed. Jarvis is a fantastic loan officer that made the process smoother than any other bank could have possibly done.
They made everything from getting a Approval to as simple as getting utilities started extremely easy. They truly put people first.
Veteran’s United is very tentative to its customers and strives to work out the best solutions for them. I would gladly recommend them.

I felt like my loan team went out of their way to respond to all of my questions, the checklist and the communication of the team made buying a home easy!
AAA+ Professionals Chris, Alyssa, Gabe, Melanie and the rest of team made the whole process easy and non-stressful.
This was a difficult process because our close was subject to a probate matter with delays, which caused our rate lock to lapse. Dan was empathic and worked tirelessly to bring us to a favorable outcome and to a successful close in a timely manner! We wish to thank Dan for being a consummate professional during an unprecedented transaction. We would also like to thank Veterans United for invaluable service to veterans.
I can't say enough about this organization. I highly recommend to anyone, not just Veterans, considering them as your lender. My team worked tirelessly to keep me informed and on-track through the whole process. They also know how to dazzle the customer. Unexpectedly I received a home buyers survival kit to start the process and a handmade wooden Old Glory plaque made by another Vet for my home. A very nice touch. Many thanks to John, Kylie, and my utilities coordinator for getting me across the closing finish line, and all the personalized attention along the way.

All I can say is 100% outstanding service, thank you for going above and beyond!
Excellent service and I appreciated the ability to upload documents without having to generate a lot of paper. My sole complaint (and this is a VU issue, not an Alea issue) is the apparent inability to lend to a revocable living trust rather than individuals. These trusts have been in use for more than 30 years as an estate planning tool and are in common use around the country. Laws in every state have been re-written so that these family trusts do not impair the rights of creditors. Perhaps this issue is caused by some obscure VA regulation with which I am not familiar, or perhaps it is an in-house training issue at VU. You guys need to get up to speed with current estate planning practices and understand that family trusts are used to protect the confidentiality of estate distribution rather than to cheat creditors. A married couple whose estate planning has been performed by a lawyer will have a revocable living trust where husband and wife are grantors, co-trustees, and primary beneficiaries. I am not an estate planning specialist, but I suggest you have access to many estate planning specialists who could counsel VU on the correct way to manage such transactions and what documentation is necessary. It is embarrassing that dealing with revocable living trusts is not standard operating procedure at VU.
