This was my first home so they made me feel more calm and understandable during this whole buying process. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done. Only thing was I was not advised to have an additional witness for document signing.
Overall, it was a pretty positive experience. I think they communicated very well and it was very quick and painless. The only thing would be the last day getting all the information however it might not have been on them fully and also this the process beforehand was so smooth.
