Overall experience was really good. It took much longer than I felt it should have due to having to change agents mid way through. I was not notified of the absence of my agent and sat around waiting assuming that my paper work was being taken care of. Once Brad came on, it went quickly and he was so helpful and nice. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. Devin was great when he was available.
Everything went good the only thing I would have changed would have been the underwriting process that led us to need a well water test. This pushed the closing back a few weeks and if I would have known what was needed back when the appraisal was ordered it could have been addressed. I understand each state is different. I just think there should be a checklist created for each state that is sent to homebuyers that has items listed or required by the loan company or the state. Other than that everything was great.

From beginning to end Zach and Britney were awesome. They made sure any fears we had were laid to rest. They made sure we knew what was going on all the time and even helped out with a buyers credit. Nothing short of awesome. Woukd definitely recommend. Will use in the future if I need to.
This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. This is the 7th house I have purchased, and the amount of back and forth to make a fairly simple purchase was exhausting.
