

My experience from beginning to end was great. There was minimal contact but when I had questions I could call and received a call back pretty quick. The process was easy. Everything was on line so I could do everything quickly and privately. This was the easiest I have ever bought a home. They love veterans and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.



By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were there through every step in the process. And did everything possible to make sure the process flowed smoothly. We had everything we needed thanks to our team. They were very accommodating and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Deanna Williams was good about making contact, but even she couldn't give us straight information. Throughout this entire process we were told one thing on this day, then something completely different on another day. Instead of having all the numbers we needed a week or two prior, we didn't know them until 2 days before closing. Kollin flat out lied to us about the closing cost and screwed the sellers, who were paying all the closing costs. We will not be using this company ever again and we will not be recommending it to anyone. We may have been "first time home buyers" but the people we surround ourselves with are not. The actions and behavior of this company are not acceptable and if we weren't already neck deep when that was realized, we would have gone to another company. Merry Christmas!

This is the second time I bought a home, and the first time with Veterans United. I wish I'd use these guys the first time as the experience with veterans, United was Head and shoulders above my past mortgage lender. Brian Bradley and his team kept me informed through the whole process, answered all of my questions, and put in an absolutely heroic effort to get me closed not only in 30 days, but right before Christmas. Christmas. I cannot recommend Veterans United enough.


The whole processed seemed to be slowed down by bureaucratic red tape, completely unnecessary. I had a loan concierge. Not sure what that is or his purpose. My loan specialist was nonexistent, and her assistant who seemed to be handing our loan was out of the office more than she was in. The whole process was way to slow.
