My loan team was great. I called more times than they probably wanted but were always patient, kind, and answered all my questions as best they could. They even joked with me to help relieve my stress. Jerry "Show Me The MONEY" Landrey did an awesome but Courtney "Happy" Gilmore "Girls" went way beyond the call of duty and always made me feel like I was the number one customer she had. I have been in customer service since I was 8 years old and 49 years of customer service experience says that she is the best. She always had a smile on her face (you could hear it in her voice) and walked me through one of the toughest times in my life. I told Jerry that she made him look 10 times better by being on his team and working with him. I told her she deserves a raise after all her patience she portrayed with dealing with me. I am so glad I went with United and am super glad that I had the team I had working for me in this adventure.
