Very poorly explained the amount of loan after closing costs

Thanks for sharing this. I’m really sorry the final loan amount and how closing costs impacted it weren’t explained clearly. That’s the kind of information that should be laid out in plain terms, especially when you’re making such a big financial decision. You shouldn't be left guessing or trying to piece it together on your own. I know how important transparency is during the loan process, and I hate that we fell short there.
