Be sure to keep your loan officer updated because that person is a major part of your team. Their goal is to get you approved. I don't think I could have asked for a better team. I would HIGHLY recommend Veterans United they are not only professional and extremely friendly, but they are with you every step of the way!!! This was the best home buying experience we have ever had! Not only did they go out of their way to make the process easy and seamless, they took the frustrations out of this process; and if I was concerned about anything they would explain and calm any fears or concerns. They helped from getting prequalified, to helping with the real estate agent, to getting the loan, insurance, and even helping with moving in. I can’t say enough positive things about Veterans United!!!!

Kyle Kroll was attentive and responsive once it was understood that we value personal interaction and not just an interminable and frustrating task list. In spite of the things that frustrated us and the 4 months it took to refinance, Veterans United did what they said they could and we never felt manipulated or mistreated. Would likely recommend but would definitely let others know what to expect.
