As a first time home buyer, Veterans United made my experience painless and easy. They walk you every step of the way. They have you and your family’s best interest and is available to answer any questions. I’m actually hoping I can use them again in the near future.
They did an outstanding job, I ended up switching lenders three and half weeks before closing and they got it done right on the day I needed it. Mathew texted me late in the day one time to make sure I checked my computer to sign a document which I thought was great, he went above and beyond. The rate was a half a percent less than the other lender.
Veterans United was a very good experience. I was kept informed during the whole process. Short time from start to finish. We had chose Veterans United after trying for 4 months to secure a loan with another company. Good decision!
Clay and Lacey were awesome! Everything went smoothly and quickly with tons of communication and help along the way. We also took advantage of the real estate bundle and were assigned Miranda Castro. If you need an agent in the Houston/Conroe area, you need her. We could not have asked for a better home-buying experience all the way around.
Chris was always prompt in getting back to me at all stages. My refinancing was extremely complicated due to the death of a co-owner who as an adopted grandfather, so no blood relation. This created issues that affected all levels of the refinancing. Chris was very patient with me, and the delays caused by Covid, in getting all the necessary documentation needed.

We had a lot of communication issues. They need to review their realtors before assigning them to people. Our first never contact us until we reach out to her. Once we went into the loan processing, there was a lack of answering questions in a timely fashion.
