You hear such horror stories sometimes, that it almost scared me off.That's why it's been such a relief to work with Veterans United. Even with the ups and downs of the current market (nationally and specifically where I live), I never felt like anyone was trying to pressure me or trick me. Everyone on my team (my Loan Agent team, my realtor, my Loan Concierge) was always looking out for me.They took the time to explain everything I needed to sign, they answered all my questions, and always went the extra mile for me. Would 100% recommend VU. They made our entire process so easy. With all the stress that comes with buying, selling, or moving, it’s so nice to not have any extra issues with a lender.

If you’re a veteran and want a smooth process when utilizing your VA Loan, Veterans United is the place to go! Their customer service and attention to detail was beyond what we expected! I’m sure we’ll use their services again in the future!
Do yourself a favor and go with Prime Lending or Penny Mac for your home loan. Veterans United was the worst experience I have had with a loan team trying to buy a home. Their fees are also higher than other companies charge. If you want a VA loan, look elsewhere and save a headache.
