I would absolutely recommend Veterans United. They made the whole process very simple and answered every question I came up with.
Overall I would recommend Veterans United. My loan specialist Zane was fantastic. I honestly didn’t understand the multiple load officers On the same loan, as the other lady Monika was out of the loop or just didn’t look at anything before asking for the same documents over and over. Also at closing I almost had to pay $900+ more due her not looking at the invoices for prior inspections, that were sent to her prior from two sources showing them being paid. Overall I would use them again as they helped in my unusual case.
I would be happy to call her anytime I was doing anything with a home loan again or tell all my friends to contact her if they were thinking about buying a home
