I was working with another large mortgage company (Loan Depot) before transferring over to Veterans United. Loan Depot did not seem experienced in handling Veterans and their processes were not consistent. I wished I had gone to Veterans United first and avoided unnecessary delays and headaches.
This company cares about vets! No bullshit, straight shooters.

Numerous delays and lack of communication during the process. The Veterans United team failed to read emails and missed several key pieces of information which caused multiple delays. I have bought and sold 8 houses in my lifetime and this was by far the worst experience.
