They were there every step of the process to make sure things were happening quickly. At the last minute they were able to accommodate the closing process for a power of attorney while my wife was out of the country.

Communication towards the end of my loan process wasn't as helpful or timely which caused uneasiness and unnecessary stress for me as a first-time homebuyer.
