This was our second time working with Tim Wuest and his team at VU, and I cannot overstate this; these people are fantastic. Tim (and his team) were easy to reach, very communicative about what to expect throughout, and did an exemplary job getting us into both of our homes. Would have been better if I had the option not to have to go through and escrow for my property taxes and home insurance, I prefer to make payments myself and earn interest on money while I set it aside.
