The number of "concierge" contacts and interactions was somewhat confusing as to whom to really interact with. Most calls to the "concierge" staff went to voice mail with delayed responses. One concierge was suddenly unavailable and another concierge sent an email to us but never interacted with us via phone and all calls back to them went to voice mail with no response back. Maybe just one single 'concierge' contact would be sufficient and give them a cell phone to answer.
The entire team was amazing! Prompt and always willing to help and answer questions! Best experience I’ve had with a mortgage company, hands down!
