It was very effective to do everything online and the customer service made the loan process much better
It was mostly a seamless experience. There were a few times when I didn't know who I was talking to because two people were using the same texting app.
Alot of my worries were pretty much gone with VU, any questions I had were answered and I didn’t have to do much on my part except be on time with documents and signing
