They were fantastic to work with, made the overall process pretty easy! Underwriting had some difficult challenges but they helped us though it. I found the VA funding fee of over $7,000. To be a little excessive on top of the loan origination fee of over 3K. End result is we are in a our home and very happy to be here!
I liked my first loan officer but he left. I struggled to get a hold of the replacement. Things were incorrect on my paperwork and I had to repeatedly insist it be fixed. By the time I went to close I had completely lost all trust the loan numbers were a correct execution of the contact. Cody the assistant was not helpful, gave me incorrect information twice and overall made the process difficult.
