My experience was easy and smooth with My veterans United. The digital submitting and helpful loan agent made it great. I always hear VA loans are a pain but this was like cutting warm butter easy.
The whole process was fantastic. The coaches us on how to boost our credit. Once we we’re preapproval they also coaches us on the dos and don’t while looking for a home. Everything was easy access, though the app, we could scan and upload documents any where. They were quick in answer any questions, we keep everything an open book while the process anything we thought about doing we communicated with them ahead of time to ensure it wasn’t going to affect our home buying process. Once we found a house the underwriting process was the easiest it could have been. I heard horrific stories from friends that bought houses prior to us with different company and I was so fearful during the underwriting, but Erich, Alyssa and the team ensured everything went smoothly. We closed on home with 26 days. It’s was the quickest and easiest process of our life. Thank you so much for helping us achieve our dream home. I ultimately would not recommend Veteran's United. As a matter of fact one of my closest friends had started the loan process with them. After I conveyed the troubles my wife and I had he has since found another company to do business with.
I went in to the loan application process with a credit score of 817 and I feel the way I was treated was absurd and criminal. I can't imagine what some poor soul just starting out may have to deal with.
