They were addressing any issues or updates in near real-time speeds and would reach out to me before I had a chance to see for myself; this was especially nice considering I am completely inexperienced and received all updates in full clarity. Overall my experience with Veterans United was fantastic and I would recommend to service members and non-service members alike any day.
