Overall we had a pretty good experience. The underwriter I feel was being a little nitpicky. They only wanted us to lower our debts by $120 a month. I feel like that was a little bit of overkill. Otherwise things went very smooth and they had a whole team taking care of us. All of our questions were answered very quickly.Mia Kaufman Our loan coordinator was also amazing.
