Veterans United team has done a great job making things easier on us!
Our first encounter with Veterans United was very smooth. Our second, was not. We could have ultimately lost our deal due to delays in closing. Response times were sometimes 3-4 days. We were expected to complete our things quickly and we were not met with the same respect. Everything was very delayed and there was no sense of urgency from them. Overall it was not a good experience. Buying a house should be exciting, we were mostly just relieved we wouldn't have to go through anything else with them.

The ad was correct and today I finished my re finance and got the cash I wanted. I was guided thru the entire loan process without a lot of heart ache and I am so thankful.
